HOW TO SUPPORT YOUR TEEN

Get comfortable discussing difficult emotions with teens. Find support resources and more in the guides linked below.

WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH?

Mental health is your general sense of emotional, psychological, and cognitive wellbeing. Everyone has mental health every day, so it’s always important to have open conversations with our teens about it — even if they don’t appear to be struggling. In this Roadmap to Mental Health, we’ve included a scale that you can use to assess how your teen might be doing. This can be a great conversation starter to open up a dialogue around mental health.
